Taylor Swift's "Eyes Open" has the top debut at Hot AC at #24 and enters the CHR/Top 40 list at #28.

It is her best first week chart position at either format, previously entering Hot AC at #32 with "You Belong With Me" and CHR/Top 40 at #31 with "Two Is Better Than One" and "Fifteen."
